A Personal View:
A native of Minnesota, Jesse was an outstanding swimmer in high school and subsequently accepted a scholarship to swim for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. As he says, "I've stayed in Wisconsin ever since."
Jesse and his wife made a conscious decision to move to the Fox Valley. "I was very impressed by Roy Fine when he interviewed me on campus. That plus the fact that I had worked as a summer clerk at a large law firm between my second and third years of law school, made my decision easy. We wanted to be more connected to the community - and working at a large city law firm doesn't give you that opportunity."
Jesse is a dedicated volunteer. He is a past president of Best Friends of Neenah, Menasha and past president of Rainbow Children's Campus, a non-profit children's center in the area and has recently been named to the Board of Reach Counseling Services. Possibly his proudest achievement in the volunteer arena has been his long term mentoring of a Neenah High student. Jesse explains that, "He recently graduated from Neenah High and is going on to Fox Valley Tech. He's become much more outgoing, developed new interests and friends and he's made education a much more important aspect of his life - and I believe it's because of our relationship."
And Jesse hasn't forgotten how to swim after all these years. He's a triathlete who stays in shape by swimming, biking, running and lifting weights. The rumor at DiRenzo & Bomier is that Jesse stays fit just to keep up with his toddler at home.
